By using our platform, you (“user”, “you”) agree to these Terms of Service, which comply with Indian law, EU regulations (GDPR), and Amazon Developer Policy.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable to enter into contracts.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Use of Services

• You may use the platform for lawful business purposes only.
• Use of Amazon integration is subject to Amazon’s terms and your authorization.
• You must not misuse AI features or attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or harm the platform.
• Compliance with all applicable laws (Indian IT Act, GDPR, etc.) is required.

3. Payments & Wallet

• Payments are processed via Razorpay and our wallet system. You agree to their terms and policies.
• All transactions are final unless otherwise required by law.
• We are not liable for third-party payment failures or delays.

4. Amazon & Third-Party Integrations

• Amazon data is accessed only with your explicit consent via OAuth.
• You are responsible for compliance with Amazon’s policies and any third-party terms.
• We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, code, and AI models are the property of Yaalgo or its licensors.
• You retain rights to your own data and content uploaded to the platform.
• You grant us a license to use your data as necessary to provide services.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, Indian law, GDPR, and Amazon Developer Policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized access, data scraping, or use of bots is strictly prohibited.
• No uploading of unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• No interference with platform security or operations.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or applicable law.
• You may close your account at any time; certain data may be retained as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaalgo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, integrations, or third-party services.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. EU users may have additional rights under GDPR.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
